Welcome to ZenterCare. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ZenterCare platform, including our website, web application, and related services. By accessing or using ZenterCare, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. About ZenterCare

ZenterCare is a cloud-based medical queue management and appointment booking platform designed for medical centers, dispensaries, and healthcare providers in Sri Lanka. The platform enables patient appointment booking, real-time queue management, lobby display boards, inventory management, and billing - all accessible through role-based dashboards for doctors, receptionists, pharmacists, managers, and super administrators.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or subscribe to ZenterCare services.
  • Medical centers and doctors registering on the platform must hold valid registrations with the relevant Sri Lankan authorities (e.g., Sri Lanka Medical Council).
  • Patients may use the public booking features without creating an account, but must provide accurate contact information.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Medical center administrators are responsible for managing staff accounts and access levels within their organization.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use ZenterCare only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

  • Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate healthcare administration and patient booking.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or system resources.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality, servers, or networks.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without written consent.
  • Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation with any medical center.

5. Subscription & Payments

  • ZenterCare offers subscription-based plans (SOLO Starter, SOLO Pro, Medical Center) billed on a monthly recurring basis.
  • All payments are processed securely through PayHere. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
  • Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before your next billing cycle.
  • New subscriptions include a 1-month free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

6. Patient Booking & Queue Management

  • ZenterCare facilitates appointment booking and queue management but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Appointment availability is determined by the medical center and doctor schedules. ZenterCare does not guarantee appointment availability.
  • Queue positions and estimated wait times are indicative and may vary based on real-time conditions at the medical center.
  • Patients are responsible for arriving at the medical center on time for their booked appointments.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and intellectual property on the ZenterCare platform are owned by or licensed to ZenterCare.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
  • Medical centers retain ownership of their own content (center descriptions, images, etc.) uploaded to the platform.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of ZenterCare is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • ZenterCare may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • ZenterCare is a technology platform that facilitates healthcare administration. We are not a healthcare provider and bear no responsibility for the medical services rendered by registered doctors or medical centers.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenterCare and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you in subscription fees during the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a manner that harms other users or the platform.
  • Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
